We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Production Manager to join Converge. This is a multifaceted role involving assembling hardware, maintaining stock data, managing fulfilment, production planning to reach sales targets, maintain QC process and aiding in R&D projects. You will get the chance to have huge ownership over the development of a product, working alongside our engineers to streamline our current manufacturing processes and develop new R&D projects.

Converge is looking for an Implementation Engineer to oversee all aspects of the customer experience as Converge continues to grow its customer base. As an Implementation Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of our product team and our customers, responsible for user on-boarding, training, and first-line support, as well as helping our customers to be as successful as possible using our products. You will also be our eyes and ears on the ground, talking to customers about what works and what doesn't, and relaying all this back to base to help shape the future of the product.
This role requires a cool head and an analytical approach to solving problems. This is ultimately a customer facing role so applicants must be comfortable interacting with engineers on construction sites and be ready to learn plenty about concrete and wireless sensor systems.

We are looking for a B2B sales rep to help us grow revenue by 5-10x over the next twelve months. You will have to be personable, good with people and very persistent. You will have to be confident calling people you have never met, but also be very analytical and strategic about which leads/deals you chose to spend your time on. Every deal we close involves several stakeholders, and often several huge companies (10,000+ employees) which makes this a great opportunity to learn about complex enterprise sales.
