Thanks to our tried-and-tested system - a cabled thermal probe, Node transmitter, Repeaters, and a Hub - a data relay system can be designed to bypass any network obstructions. Perfect for tunnelling or other projects with challenging network environments.

Continuous & real-time data

The Mesh System automatically transmits temperature data from the embedded thermal probe to ConcreteDNA via the Mesh Hub cellular gateway. No manual data collection, just continuous real-time concrete temperature and strength data.

Bypass any network obstructions

Thanks to Mesh Repeaters and the Mesh Hub, a network relay can be created to bypass any network obstruction. With the Mesh System, nothing will stand between you and the data.

Easy set up

Embed Sensor

Embed the Mesh Sensor, i.e. a thermal probe, into your slab of concrete and start generating real-time concrete temperature data.

Transmit Data

The trailing Mesh Sensor cable connects to the Node, which collects and transmits temperature data from the Mesh Sensor to the Repeater or the Hub.

Boost Signal

Repeaters are used to relay the data around any network obstructions so that it can reach the Hub.

Deliver Data

The Hub sends all sensor data collected onsite to the cloud for further processing and strength analysis. You can then view that data in real-time on the ConcreteDNA platform from any smart device.
