Converge is the most advanced and easiest to deploy concrete monitoring solution on the market. It gives contractors real-time visibility into how concrete is performing in the structure itself, not just in lab cylinders.

One platform. Three Sensors. Engineered for scale.
Built to be the easiest concrete monitoring solution to deploy, every Converge sensor delivers live data into a single platform for faster, more defensible decisions.
Autonomous embedded concrete monitoring, that goes the distance.
The fully embedded Signal Long Range™ sensor autonomously monitors concrete temperature and strength in real time, covering up to 72 acres with a single Converge Gateway™. Built for large-scale infrastructure. No cables. No site visits. Just set it and forget it.
From aluminium smelters to hyperscale data centers, teams are using Converge to make faster, more defensible concrete decisions – with live in-situ data, not cube estimates.

Every pour that waits on cylinders is program time lost. We give your team live in-situ strength data so you strip, stress, and sequence the next activity the moment the concrete is ready.,
40% faster formwork striking
1 in 5 working days saved
Earlier decisions without compromising QA
Tracking temperature differentials manually isn't just painful, it's a liability. Converge monitors automatically, flags exceedances early, and maintains the full thermal record for you.
ASTM C1074 compliant
Automated alerts, no overnight checks
No manual thermocouple logs
When someone asks why you struck that formwork, you have data — not opinion. Get a continuous in-situ record showing exactly how the concrete performed and when. Strength, temperature, pour history, and QA traceability, all in one place.
Every decision documented
Every pour traceable
Every formwork call defensible

Measure more points, deeper within the structure, by connecting additional thermocouples to the Signal Sensor™. Simply click and connect

Converge's app monitors concrete strength and temperature in real time, sends automatic milestone alerts, and maintains a complete digital record of every pour: from formwork removal to thermal compliance.

We've helped top contractors build concrete structures faster, cost-effectively, and more sustainably.

Up to 300 m (1,000 ft) from the Converge Gateway™: Long Range when embedded in 100mm (4”) of concrete, or up to 72 acres of coverage per Gateway. The range may vary based on site layout, reinforcement density, and environmental conditions.
Yes.
Because the Converge Gateway™: Long range is site-deployable and locally managed, Signal Long Range™ can maintain reliable connections in tunnels, basements, or shielded structures where public networks (like Sigfox or cellular) fail.
Both are fully embedded, cable-free sensor systems.
The key difference is range and attachment design
No.
Signal Long Range™ is a single-use embedded sensor, designed to stay permanently in the concrete for the most accurate, continuous data. If you need a reusable option, Helix offers even greater long range connectivity, uses replaceable Thermal Tails™, and reusable nodes.
Signal Long Range™ sensors use digital thermal probes with ±0.5°C accuracy — around three times more accurate than thermocouples, which typically measure ±1.5°C and are not ASTM C1074 compliant. The Signal Long Range™ sensor body itself offers accuracy up to ±0.2°C. This ensures data integrity for real-time strength estimation and thermal control.
Thermal Tails™ are Converge’s modular temperature probes. They connect to Signal™, Signal Long Range™, and Helix® sensors interchangeably, letting you measure temperature at multiple depths or across large pours.
Each Tail can include up to three probes, with custom lengths available up to 29 m (95 ft).
Yes.
All Converge sensors, Signal™, Signal Long Range™, and Helix®, feed data into the same ConcreteDNA® CURE app.
You can combine embedded and reusable sensors to suit each pour, project, or budget. 3 systems, one platform, infinite possibilities.
No problem.
Signal Long Range™ and the Converge Gateway™ store data locally and automatically sync with ConcreteDNA® CURE once a connection is restored.
Your data is never lost, and you maintain full visibility on-site.
All data is available through the ConcreteDNA® CURE mobile and web app. You can view temperature curves, strength predictions, and pour timelines in real time, and export PDF and CSV reports for QA, compliance, and record keeping.
Yes.
All Converge sensors, including Signal Long Range™ and all compatible Thermal Tails™ are fully compliant with ASTM C1074, the global standard for estimating concrete strength using the maturity method.
The Converge Gateway™: Long Range supports multiple power options for total flexibility:
This makes it suitable for even the most remote or complex job sites.
Each Converge Gateway™ can handle hundreds of sensors within its 72-acre coverage area, depending on data frequency and site density.
You can expand coverage by adding more Gateways as your site grows. No network licensing required, unlike products that use networks such as Sigfox.
The rugged IP68-rated casing is designed to withstand harsh jobsite conditions, including full embedment, rebar movement, and heavy vibration.
If a sensor is physically damaged before pouring, simply replace it or contact our industry regarded, world-class customer support team for assistance.
Absolutely.
Signal Long Range™ supports Multi-Probe Thermal Tails™ configurations for up to four measurement points per device, making it ideal for mass concrete temperature gradient analysis and thermal crack prevention.
All your concrete temperature and strength data is accessible via the ConcreteDNA® CURE mobile and web app. Your data is viewable from any device, anywhere, at any time.
Yes.
Your data remains stored and accessible in ConcreteDNA® CURE for post-project analysis, reporting, and compliance archiving.
Contact the Converge team for setup guidance or to arrange a demo. We’ll help you choose the right combination of sensors, Gateways, and Thermal Tails™ for your project scale and requirements.

We recommend installing the Converge Signal sensor up to 100mm below the concrete surface, and making sure the face with the QR code is facing up.
Once in concrete, the sensor range could be up to 8m, depending on the rebar configuration around the sensor and the sensor installation depth. Please ensure that you are closer than 8m and the Converge app is on your phone screen (not background) when communicating with the device.
If you can't access the internet where the sensors are placed, the mobile app will download the measurements over Bluetooth and store them locally on the phone. But make sure to connect your phone to WiFi or mobile data, as soon as you can. Then, open the Converge app to upload the stored measurements
The app takes about a minute per day of sensor readings/data. For example, if the last collection was done on Monday, and then you go to collect data again on Thursday, there will be three days of data to be collected on the device. This data collection will take around 2 minutes or less.

The Signal sensor system is a fully embedded concrete monitoring solution with a wireless communication range of up to 15m or 50ft. The Helix sensor system is a non-embedded and reusable system with a longer range of up to 1.3km or 0.8miles.
If the Signal Live Hub loses connection with the Signal devices or if the hub goes offline, it will collect historic data and transmit it when it regains connection, ensuring that no data is lost. Users can also manually collect data with the ConcreteDNA App on their smartphone at any time.
The Signal Live hub is currently available in UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and NZ, Singapore, Hong Kong and India.
When in concrete, the Signal Live Hub will be able to detect Signal devices up to 15m or 50ft away, depending on the rebar configuration around the device and the site environment in which it is in, e.g. number of obstructions between the hub and the Signal devices.
