How to troubleshoot a Mesh Sensor?

Last Updated ·

It's very rare for sensors to be damaged or faulty, but it does sometimes happen. Thus, we recommend installing two sensors per pour: one at the start and one at the end of the pour.

How can I recognise a damaged or faulty sensor?

  1. When you connect the sensor to the Node, the Node continues flashing blue.
  2. Even though the sensor is connected to the Node and the Node is flashing green (and the Hub is online), the platform is not showing any data from that sensor

How can I fix this?

If you noticed this issue before the concrete is poured, replace the affected sensor and contact customer support for a sensor replacement.

If concrete's been poured and it's not possible to replace the sensor, we'll let you know if the gaps in data affect the strength measurement.
